• The package you book will specify the number of pictures/edits you will receive. If you want additional pictures/edits, there will be a $15 charge per photo.

• Unedited Photos are lower-resolution files without copyright release. You may download whatever photos you’d like for keepsake. However, you may ONLY publish, print or distribute the paid edited versions of the photos.

• All picture edits will feature the Manzana Empire logo. If you want the logo removed from your images there will be a $15 charge per photo.

• All videos will feature the Manzana Empire logo and Manzana Empire credits. If you would like to remove these from your footage, there will be a $50 charge for the logo and a $100 charge for credits. If you would like to remove both of them there will be a $150 charge. 

• You can modify your session online for free up to 48 hours before your shoot, as long as there's still availability. Modifications made after that will be an upcharge and will need to be discussed with your photographer via text, email, or prior to starting your shoot.

• There will be no package changes after the completion of your session.

• Every package has a limit on how many people can be in the photos. If you'd like to exceed the max personnel they'll be an additional charge of $5 per person, per photo.

• For any request outside of the booked service, the photographer has the right to decline or quote you accordingly.

UNEDITED PHOTOS​

• Unedited Photos are for the selection-making process.

• We would like to remind our clients that the unedited photos we send you do not have copyright release. This means that you may not publish, print, or distribute these photos without our written consent. We retain full legal ownership and copyright over all photos until they have been paid for and edited by us.

• We understand that you may be eager to share your photos with friends and family, but we ask that you please wait until the edited versions have been completed and delivered to you. We promise that the wait will be worth it!

• Please note that we take copyright laws very seriously, so any violation of this policy will result in additional charges and could lead to legal action. Clients must respect the photographer's intellectual property rights and are forbidden from using unedited photos without prior written approval from the photographer.

• If you have any doubts regarding our copyright policy or need our permission to use unedited photos from your session, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We’re committed to providing you with the best quality and protecting our work. 

• While you can download and keep any photo you wish, only the paid edited versions you may publish, print, or distribute.

• Therefore, please choose the photos you plan to use carefully, especially because the paid versions are higher resolution and offer up to 50x the quality of the keepsake photos, providing the flexibility needed for publishing and printing with minimal quality loss.

• The Unedited Photos will always be JPEG or compressed files. Never RAW files.
